BOARD OF DIRECTORSRichard Atkins - Chairman Richard has spent the majority of his career within the IT and support services industry, during the last nine years holding a number of senior positions in marketing, strategy and general management at IBM. Before his retirement from IBM last year he was most recently General Manager, IBM Global Services Northern Europe, a member of the IBM Global Services European Operations Team and a member of the IBM worldwide Senior Leadership Team. Other recent roles at IBM have included General Manager, Strategic Outsourcing EMEA, General Manager, e-business Hosting Services EMEA and Vice President, Service Delivery. In 1991 he as Finance Director lead the MBO of Data Sciences Limited from Thorn EMI plc before managing its acquisition by IBM in 1996. He is an FCA, qualifying with Ernst and Young. He is currently a non-executive Director at Compel Group plc and Global Crossing (UK) plc and is a member of the TripleArc Audit Committee and TripleArc Remuneration Committee. Jason Cromack - Chief Executive Officer In 1998 Jason founded and was Managing Director of gl2, a company formed to provide print management services to marketing and advertising agencies. gl2 was acquired by TripleArc Plc in 2001 and now forms part of the group's print management division, Access Plus. Prior to founding gl2, Jason worked for Godfrey Lang Ltd, a print management company specialising in the publishing sector which gl2 acquired in 2001. Richard Hodgson - Chief Financial Officer Richard became CFO of TripleArc in July 2005. He joined the company from Iron Mountain Europe, the European division of Iron Mountain, Inc, a global provider of outsourced information management services, where he was Finance Director, Europe. Prior to joining Iron Mountain, Richard was European Finance Director at Warner Music International, and before that, Director of International Finance at Universal Music International. He qualified as a chartered accountant at Deloitte & Touche. Daniel Emerson - Group Operations Officer Daniel has fourteen years of experience of the print industry. He began his career in the digital print sector as analogue technology evolved into the digital sphere. Following the successful acquisition of a division of the Xerox Group, Daniel ran a print group on the European continent servicing France and the Benelux. Returning to the UK in 1999, he founded a print technology company and this technology is still used today as part of AccessPlus's technology offering. Peter Ryding - Non-Executive Director Peter has experience of sales, marketing, IT and business strategy from his early career within Esso, Mars, EMI and other international businesses and, subsequently, from a variety of smaller businesses which he has run as CEO or Executive Chairman. Peter is a chartered engineer and has an MBA from London Business School and is a member of the TripleArc Audit Committee and TripleArc Remuneration Committee. |
